DGKV’s formed Task Force published an Update in relation to the Emergency law and the implications on employment.
It focuses on employer’s courses of action during the state of emergency period, Introduction of work at home and remote work, suspension of the work and remuneration. The article advises on measures to facilitate employers in order to avoid termination of the employment relationships. Amendments to the Social Security Code and interests on payments are also envisaged.
