With the upcoming end of the Brexit transition period, DGKV has issued short notices on the post-Brexit protection of EU trade mark registrations and applications as well as international registrations designating the European Union.

They contain a brief overview of the application procedure before the UKIPO as well as key information about the comparable UK trade marks which will be created as of 1st January 2021.
