Seven bidders submitted documents to be allowed to participate in the privatization tender of the thermal power plant of Rousse on the Danube. The Russian giant Unified Energy Systems RAO UES bids again, although they gave up bidding for the same TPP last year. The other bidders are CEZ, E.ON, Parsons E&C Bulgaria, Enel's Slovenske Elektrarne, the French Dalkia and the Swiss Mechel International Holding AG. Memoranda are available till October 4 and bids can be submitted till November 3.
