DGKV advised Lion's Head Investments on securing a €150 million financing from IFC for investments in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets

DGKV advised Lion’s Head Investments AD (LHI), a leading commercial real estate investment company owned by Old Mutual Property and AG Capital, on securing a €150 million financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group. The transaction includes several instruments with sustainability-linked features:

  • convertible instrument; and

  • term loans financing,

making the financial resources available for LHI’s investment programs in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.

DGKV acted on this deal alongside Allen & Overy, CEE as English law counsel and RTPR as Romanian law counsel.
