• Advising SMSBump on its historic acquisition of the Yotpo e-commerce marketing platform – the largest-ever company acquisition infused exclusively with Bulgarian venture capital.
• Advising Bulgarian digital monetization platform PubGalaxy on its acquisition by Azerion, a Dutch tech company active in the media and entertainment business.
• Advising Progress Software on its historic USD 263.5 million acquisition of Telerik AD, the most successful Bulgarian IT company in Bulgaria – the largest-ever deal for an independent software company in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Advising PPF Telecom Group B.V. on its sale of a 30% stake in CETIN Group N.V., the leading telecommunications infrastructure provider in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Advising the Walt Disney Co. on Bulgarian aspects of its global acquisition of the major entertainment assets of 21st Century Fox.
• Providing long-term and ongoing advice to Meta (Facebook Inc.) on all aspects of the protection and enforcement of its trademark rights in Bulgaria, including filing oppositions on its behalf, negotiating on its behalf with owners of conflicting signs or applications, and representing it in infringement litigation and settlement negotiations.
• Advising Tata Communications on telecommunications and regulatory matters.

Our experience also includes:

• Advising a private investment group on the acquisition of one of the largest Bulgarian telecom operators.
• Advising a global entertainment company on matters related to assignment-of-rights documents and on vesting and licensing of performers’ rights, as well as with regard to the payments due for secondary use of dubbed materials.
• Advising a number of leading global telecommunication operators on ongoing telecom-regulatory matters and representing them before the Communications Regulation Commission with respect to their operations in Bulgaria, as well as on matters related to their contracts with clients in Bulgaria.
• Advising global tech companies, OTT operators, and platforms on AdTech, data-breach-notification, and security-incidents procedures, and on consumer-protection and other compliance requirements associated with their operations in Bulgaria.
