• Representing Dow AgroSciences S.A. in insolvency proceedings initiated by it against a Bulgarian debtor-company.
• Representing Dow AgroSciences Export A.S. in debt-collection matters.
• Advising Dow Chemical Company Ltd. on the relevant Bulgarian regulatory regime.
• Advising Chiquita Banana Company B.V. on the options under Bulgarian law to collect overdue amounts from contractual partners.
• Assisting Gradus AD with the initial public offering of its shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which ended up raising a total of BGN 81.4 million, making it the largest IPO in the country since 2007.
• Assisting Agrium Inc. with a legal-due-diligence exercise and with merger-control-clearance matters related to its acquisition of a majority stake in Common Market Fertilisers S.A., and advising it on potential liability for accidents with ammonium and its storage of Urea in a bonded warehouse.
• Advising Arysta Lifescience Benelux Sprl (part of the Agriphar Group) on the implications of EU Plant Protection Product Directive 91-414 and representing it in litigation with the Ministry of Agriculture and BFSA.
• Advising Cargill Bulgaria EOOD on the reorganization of its distribution networks, helping it draft agreements on cross-border supply, distribution, and servicing, and advising it on import-regulatory issues and the marketing of goods under Bulgarian and EU law.
• Representing Cargill Bulgaria EOOD, a local subsidiary of Cargill Holdings B.V., in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Advising Grow Green PTY Ltd. on various corporate matters, including those related to the restructuring of its local branch.
• Advising Monsanto International S.a.r.l. on the regulation of oil and OSR seed bags, on current legislation regarding drones in Bulgaria, and on data-protection matters.
• Providing advice to Monsanto International - Bulgaria Branch in relation to its day-to-day activities, including on various corporate, tax, and employment matters.
