• Advising By Water on its acquisition of the Bulgarian operations of International Water plc.
• Advising Dexia Kommunal Kredit Bank in relation to financing for the Sofia water-system concession.
• Helping the Sofia Municipality settle a dispute regarding the Sofia water-system concession.
• Advising Thames Water in a tender for a water-system concession for the regions of Varna and Shumen.
• Advising Water & Sewerage Company in the City of Dobrinch, in North-East Bulgaria, in a dispute with the Energy & Water Regulatory Commission regarding regulated tariffs.
• Assisting EnergoPro with its application for a water-use license for the operation of three water-power plants.
• Representing Napoitelni Sistemi EAD, the largest Bulgarian state-owned water irrigation company, in a complex dispute with Bulgaria’s Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. 
• Advising Iceland Energy Group on environmental and corporate issues related to the privatization of fourteen Bulgarian hydroelectric plants.
• Advising Credit Suisse on the Tsankov Kamak Hydropower Project, which involved the construction of a hydroelectric power station in Bulgaria with the support of the JI Mechanism under the Kyoto Protocol.
• Advising Argus Capital Partners II on its bid to acquire Devin AD, a public joint-stock company for mineral water and spring water bottling.
• Advising Mundus Services AD on its acquisition of VM Automation EOOD, A.S.S. Bulgaria EOOD, Facility Optimum Bulgaria, and Viki Komfort 2004.
• Advising Veolia Environement on the Bulgarian transposition and application of Directive 2022/2464/EU, with a focus on its relevance to the client’s Bulgarian operations.
• Advising the Municipality of Panagyurishte on the regulatory and contractual framework governing water supply and sewerage services, which are integral to the municipality’s transport-supporting infrastructure.
• Advising EUROCOM 2000 on legal matters related to public procurement procedures in the transport infrastructure sector, particularly concerning the construction of systems for the conveyance of potable water and wastewater discharge – critical components of urban and regional transport infrastructure.
• Advising Fast Services Bulgaria on a dispute with the regional water utility operator concerning the unilateral termination of a wastewater discharge agreement.
