Katina Petrova is an Associate at DGKV’s Competition & Antitrust Practice group. Katina joined DGKV as an associate in 2023. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University, Bulgaria. As part of the Fulbright Internship Program at Sofia Regional Court she has assisted judges with the preparation of judicial rulings and decisions in the field of civil law. Her previous professional experience includes working as a legal advisor at a financial services company.

- Part of the team advising Europapier Bulgaria EOOD in relation to the obtaining of a merger clearance by the Bulgarian Competition Authority.
- Part of the team advising Maple Bear CEE OOD on various issues related to its franchise activities.
- Part of the team advising TEDi GmbH & Co. KG on various issues related to labelling of products.
- Part of the team advising NIKE Retail B.V. on regulations regarding price reduction announcements in Bulgaria.
