We are delighted to share that DGKV acted as a legal counsel of the purchaser for the 100% acquisition of the Bulgarian company Matraci BG EOOD.
DGKV conducted the legal due diligence on the target company as well as assisted throughout the whole subsequent transaction process.
The deal included bank financing and escrow assistance by a Bulgarian notary public.
The deal created the largest mattress distribution group in the region.
