Yesterday (8 June 2023) DGKV hosted ELSA Bulgaria’s first Lawyers at Work event of the year. DGKV Partners Nikolay Gouginski and Violetta Kunze introduced the history and philosophy of DGKV, commented on the everyday changes in the legal profession, and made recommendations for professional development.

The panelists Galin Atanasoff, Milka Ivanova, Dessislava Iordanova, and Kamen Gogov presented to the students the new developments in the regulations of the digital economy and discussed the Proposal for Regulation on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA), the Regulation on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (DMA), the Regulation on a single market for digital services (DSA), the Proposal for Regulation laying down harmonized rules on artificial intelligence (AI Act).
