DGKV’s Competition Practice Group achieved new success in defending our clients’ interests by professionally finalising a complex case for alleging of superior bargaining position before the Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Competition (“the CPC”) . 
We are proud to announce that DGKV achieved success for the Spanish manufacturer of children’s clothes and accessories Mayoral Moda Infantil S.A. and its Bulgarian subsidiary Mayoral Bulgaria EOOD in proceedings against both companies initiated by a commercial partner Comsed alleging abuse of superior bargaining position. DGKV advised on the defence strategy, as the work on the case also involved drafting submissions to the CPC and representation the Bulgarian company and its Spanish parent in the proceedings before the state watchdog. The regulator’s decision in favour of Mayoral was taken on December 5th, 2019.
