Recent matters DGKV’s Commerce team has worked on include:

• Advising Froneri Bulgaria EOOD, a joint venture between Nestlé and the leading British frozen food producer R&R, on IP and consumer-protection matters.
• Representing Meta (Facebook Inc.) in Bulgarian trademark-enforcement matters, including making a preliminary analysis of the facts, proposing strategy, and recommending next steps.
• Advising Bulsatcom on ongoing commercial matters.
• Providing on-going advice to Kronospan Bulgaria – one of the largest Bulgarian producers of wooden materials for home furniture and use – on compliance and commercial-law matters, including providing compliance trainings to the company’s commercial staff.
• Advising a leading European automobile manufacturer on the launch of an  online shop for vehicle-related products and services.
• Advising a leading EU producer of tobacco and nicotine products on the legal conditions for introducing a new nicotine product on the Bulgarian market.
• Advising a major tobacco company on matters related to trade in regulated goods.
• Advised Kaliakra AD on its sale to Oliva AD – the largest grain trader and oilseeds crusher in Bulgaria – in a deal that included approximately 140,000 square meters of land and over 85 separate buildings and storage and production facilities, as well as hundreds of pieces of equipment.
• Providing ongoing legal assistance to Bunge on sale.
• Assisting John Lewis PLC, a major high street and online retailer, with the expansion of its website, mainly by helping localize the website and the terms and conditions governing sales of the company’s products to consumers.
• Providing ongoing assistance to British American Tobacco Trading EOOD, the Bulgarian subsidiary of British American Tobacco plc, with respect to several consumer-protection issues, as well as with the creation and launch of an e-commerce website for non-tobacco products offered on the Bulgarian market. 
• Providing ongoing legal assistance to SKF Bearings Bulgaria AD – part of the SKF group – on various corporate and commercial-law matters, including corporate reorganizations and labor law and regulatory concerns.
• Advising leading international and local companies on their offering of products and services through e-commerce channels, in particular by ensuring that their General Terms and Conditions for Sale/Use and Privacy Policies comply with applicable Bulgarian rules and regulations.
• Advising Gucci App on its terms of use.
• Advising Abercrombie & Fitch on the Bulgarian legal and regulatory  requirements applicable to the sale terms of its A&F/eShop World website, as well as general market practice in Bulgaria.
• Advising Carlsberg Bulgaria with regard to an investigation conducted by Bulgaria’s competition authority into a company advertising campaign.
