About the position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Modern Workspace Administrator/Designer to join our IT team.
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation of processes, customizing IT solutions, providing training and support to our staff.

This position is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation across the firm by implementing and continuously improving IT processes that enhance organizational efficiency and support innovative ways of working.
- Customize and adapt modern IT solutions to meet evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration within a dynamic legal environment.
- Administer and support modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, AI, and Copilot tools.
- Deliver comprehensive hands-on training and create user-friendly how-to guides, empowering staff to adopt and fully leverage new technologies and digital tools.
- Provide proactive technical support and troubleshoot issues related to customized solutions, implemented by them, maintaining high standards of service while adhering to internal policies and security protocols.
- Actively contributes to a collaborative IT team culture, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues in the pursuit of operational excellence.
- Champion digital innovation by staying up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance client and user experiences.
- Foster open communication with end-users, translating technical information into accessible language and ensuring a positive and supportive user experience.
Expected qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing IT processes, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern IT solutions, digital transformation strategies, and best practices for driving organizational change.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, as well as developing clear, user-focused documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to technical support and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Up-to-date understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to the legal sector.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.
- Experience with: Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Copilot, EntraID etc.), AI tools, Automation tools (n8n, PowerAutomate, Azure Automate), Power Platform, Windows Desktop Administration, Windows Service Administration, Project management tools, PowerShell Scripting.
