About the position

We are currently looking for a highly motivated associate with interest in both transaction and project work as well as all relevant aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and joint ventures to join our General Corporate and M&A practices.

The role would suit candidates with a proactive mindset and strong academic credentials, with abilities to balance the independence of action with working collaboratively with colleagues within those practices and across other practice areas.

Expected qualifications and experience

• excellent legal education with a degree of Bulgarian law,
• 3 – 5 years professional experience,
• effective communication skills,
• proficient legal English.
