About the role
In order to support our eminent employment law practice and ever-growing clientele, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our innovative and motivated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for lawyers with some 3-4 years of focused post-qualification experience in Bulgarian employment law and litigation to elevate their careers within a supportive yet forward-thinking environment.
This role will entail counseling clients on a variety of employment legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Our Employment Lawyer will represent employer clients on employment and labor law issues, international mobility matters, HR practices and benefits, anti-discrimination matters, employment litigation, etc.
Efficient file management is of utmost importance, including punctually meeting deadlines, adhering to newest statutory developments and to court-established precedents, therefore, in-depth research skills, computer proficiency and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently are a prerequisite for this role. This role operates within a high-demand and fast-paced environment where you can balance the legal complexities of workplace issues with practical, client-focused solutions.
Excellent legal English is a must.
About you
You will possess strong business acumen and an understanding of the commercial implications of employment law enabling you to offer practical and strategic solutions for managing risks related to dismissals, restructuring, and workplace disputes.
You must have an in-depth understanding of Bulgarian employment legislation and a comprehensive knowledge of the civil procedure rules is essential.
You will possess exceptional client-handling and negotiation skills, robust verbal and written communication abilities, and a commitment to establishing strong client relationships. You must be proactive in driving matters forward and keeping our clients well-informed of progress via email, telephone, or in-person interactions. You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when handling settlement agreements, contracts, and court submissions, whilst also utilizing strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

Expected qualifications and experience
- Degree in Bulgarian law,
- 3 – 4 years professional experience,
- Proficient legal English.

About the position
We are seeking an efficient and ambitious professional for the position of HR Manager to deliver value-added service to management that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, source and attract candidates by using various channels, databases, social media, etc., and enhance our recruitment and onboarding processes
- Employee Relations: promote and maintain a positive work environment and address concerns, conflicts, and grievances of employees
- Learning and Development: assist management with the process of creating and conducting training programs
- Performance Management: assist management with the performance of review process and follow-up communication of performance improvement targets
- Internal Policies: oversee the need of developing, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures, promoting a positive company culture
- Employer Branding: develop and execute effective strategies and initiatives for enhancing employer branding and attracting legal talent for the firm’s expanding business
- Talent Retention and Mentoring: assist management with developing and implementing coaching and mentoring programs, creating and implementing strategies for staff engagement, organizing team-building activities and events
- Health and Safety: ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulations and develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Expected qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- at least five years of relevant experience in the field
- Proficiency in English
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy, flexibility and persuasiveness to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Ability to foster strong working relationships and engage with people at all levels across the business
- Attention to detail and ability to analyse a topic from multiple perspectives (including risks, challenges, and opportunities) to develop constructive solutions
- Be team-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a “can-do” approach
- Ability to work independently, be proactive and highly organized
- Innovative and able to put their creative ideas into practice

Поради нарастващия обем работа търсим служител на позиция рецепционист, който да се присъедини към нашия екип.
Основните работни задължения включват:
- Посреща клиенти и гости на кантората;
- Осигурява административно обслужване по време на срещи с гости и клиенти на кантората;
- Приема входящи обаждания и съобщения и ги пренасочва към съответните служители;
- Следи за наличността на офис консумативи, в т.ч. кафе, вода и др.
- Участие в административните процеси на офиса и подпомагане дейността на офис мениджъра;
- Съдействие при организиране на мероприятия в офиса.
Кандидатите трябва да отговарят на следните изисквания:
- Завършено висше образование;
- Компютърна грамотност – отлично владеене на MS Office;
- Владеене на английски език на отлично работно ниво;
- Добри комуникационни и аналитични умения, инициативност и отговорност, умение за работа в екип.
