About the role
In order to support our eminent employment law practice and ever-growing clientele, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our innovative and motivated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for lawyers with some 3-4 years of focused post-qualification experience in Bulgarian employment law and litigation to elevate their careers within a supportive yet forward-thinking environment.
This role will entail counseling clients on a variety of employment legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Our Employment Lawyer will represent employer clients on employment and labor law issues, international mobility matters, HR practices and benefits, anti-discrimination matters, employment litigation, etc.
Efficient file management is of utmost importance, including punctually meeting deadlines, adhering to newest statutory developments and to court-established precedents, therefore, in-depth research skills, computer proficiency and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently are a prerequisite for this role. Excellent legal English is a must.
About you

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation of processes, providing training and support to our end users.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of IT processes that drive organizational efficiency and technological advancement.
- Provide clear instructions and hands-on training for new IT solutions, along with developing how-to articles to ensure a seamless user experience across all IT platforms.
- Identify and resolving IT-related issues, often working autonomously by following company’s policies and standards, while contributing to the overall success of the IT team.
- Escalate complex issues beyond the scope of initial support to more senior members of the team.

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (EntraID) management.

Position Overview

About the role
In order to support our eminent Public Law and Legal Advocacy, Public Procurement and EU Funding, Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure and Defense and Dual-use Items practices and ever-growing clientele, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Public Law attorney to join our innovative and motivated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young lawyers with no previous experience or some 1-2 years of focused post-qualification experience in Bulgarian Public Law (Administrative Law, Public Procurement and Concessions, Defence and Dual-use Items, Transport and Infrastructure) and administrative procedure to elevate their careers within a supportive yet forward-thinking environment.
This role will entail counselling clients on a variety of public law matters in different sectors of economy, both private entities and state or municipal authorities. Our associate will advise variety of private companies, state or municipal authorities on public law issues, represent in variety of administrative procedures, administrative litigation, etc.
Efficient file management is of utmost importance, including punctually meeting deadlines, adhering to newest statutory developments and to court-established precedents, therefore, in-depth research skills, computer proficiency and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently are a prerequisite for this role. This role operates within a high-demand and fast-paced environment where you can balance the legal complexities of workplace issues with practical, client-focused solutions.
About you
You must have an in-depth understanding of Bulgarian public law and a comprehensive knowledge of the administrative and civil procedure rules is essential.
You will possess robust verbal and written communication abilities, and a commitment to establishing strong client relationships. You must be proactive in driving matters forward and keeping our clients well-informed of progress via email, telephone, or in-person interactions. You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when handling administrative and court submissions, whilst also utilizing strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.

About the position
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Department, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation. This role will support the firm’s online presence, brand visibility, and digital campaigns, contributing to the growth and development of DGKV’s marketing activities.
The role would suit candidates with a proactive mindset and strong academic credentials, who can balance independent work with collaborative teamwork across marketing, creative, and communications functions.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (daily/regular tasks):
- Manage and create content for the firm’s web-site and social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletters)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to produce static posts, motion graphics, short-form videos, and podcasts
- Support LinkedIn branding and corporate engagement initiatives for team members
- Assist with the preparation of branded marketing materials, business cards and other printed materials
- Assist in SEO initiatives, including content optimization and monitoring website performance metrics
- Support digital marketing performance reports and assist in campaign monitoring and optimization (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns)
- Updating the online profile of the firm in professional and other organizations and drafting submissions in coordination with the Marketing Manager and professional staff
- Support the process of submission of online reports to international legal directories (Legal 500, Chambers, etc.) in coordination with legal staff
Secondary Responsibilities (supporting/learning initiatives):
- Prepare, update, and maintain corporate materials, marketing collateral, and presentation templates
- Support the Marketing Manager in preparing client proposals, custom pitches, fee proposals, capacity statements, and presentations
- Maintain and update lawyers’ CVs and experience databases for internal reference
- Maintain internal and external event calendars and assist in promoting events online
- Renew and manage subscriptions to professional publications, newspapers, magazines, and books relevant to legal practice
Required qualification and experience
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or online communications
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other digital design tools

Основните работни задължения включват:
- Извършва ежедневни справки за статуса на административните произвадства и делата в кантората, в съответните административини органи и съдилища, при съдебните изпълнители, чрез електронна система, по телефон, и на място. Следи за спазването на срокове. Получава уведомления от административни органи, призовки, преписи от съдебни книжа, изпълнителни листове, обезпечителни заповеди, удостоверения и др.;
- Обработва всички входящи документи, в това число административни книжа, съдебни книжа, документи от административни органи или ЧСИ, като ги разпределя и изпраща до съответните адвокати;
- Окомплектова, подрежда и подготвя изпращането и входирането на документи по преписките или делата чрез куриер или на място в съответното деловодство ;
- Отразява информацията за статуса на административните преписки и делата в база данни на Адвокатското дружество;
- Комуникира с държавни институции и учреждения, в това число със служители на КЗК, КЗП, КЕВР, КЗЛД, КРС, КЗД, НАП, Агенция по вписванията, общини и дирекции „Общински приходи“ и други административни органи, като подава и получава документи в изпълнение на възложените задачи;
- Подпомага поддържането на физическите и дигиталните архиви на Адвокатското дружество;
- Осъществява съдействие на адвокатите при изпълнение на служебните им ангажименти;
- Изпраща ежедневни имейли до адвокатите за движението на административните преписки, делата, преписките при ЧСИ и др.
