  • Advising Slovakia’s Postova Banka on its project financing of a 20 MW photovoltaic power plant project.
  • Assisting Raiffeisen Energy & Environment with its acquisition, development, construction, operation, and sale of wind power projects.
  • Advising Scatec Solar on its acquisition and development of a photovoltaic power project.
  • Advising Statkraft Markets on its acquisition and subsequent sale of two wind power projects.
  • Advising STEAG on its proposed acquisition of a 560 MW-portfolio of wind power plants from Germany’s Enertrag.
  • Advising The Royal Bank of Scotland on the bridge financing for an AES 156 MW wind power plant project.
  • Advising Toshiba on its entrance into a joint venture with a large European energy company for the purposes of acquiring, developing, constructing, and operating photovoltaic power plants.
  • Helping VERBUND protect its rights and interests related to the grid interconnection of a wind power plant.
  • Advising VMWare Bulgaria – part of the US’s VMware Inc. cloud-computing company – on its efforts to obtain electricity from renewable sources for its office at Sofia’s Garitage Park residential and business complex.
