Overview
Green Economy
Green Economy is not a sector as such, but rather a macro-economic approach to sustainable economic growth, driven by investments in activities, infrastructure, and assets that reduce carbon emissions and pollution, enhance energy and resource efficiency, and prevent biodiversity loss. The United Nations Environment Plan focuses on ten key economic sectors driving the transition to a green economy: buildings, agriculture, fisheries, energy supply, forestry, tourism, transport, waste, water and manufacturing & industry. Industry players can partner with DGKV’s legal experts to receive high quality and tailor-made legal advice in relevant legal areas, including energy law and natural resources regulations; environmental, real estate, construction, and transport law; waste management and disposal regulations, and many more.
