Emilia Mitroshanova is an Associate at DGKV’s Banking & Finance Practice group. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2023. Emilia obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University, Bulgaria. As a part of the Fulbright Internship Program at Sofia Regional and City Courts she has assisted judges with the preparation of judicial rulings and judgments in the field of civil law. She was also a member of ELSA Bulgaria, an NGO helping the professional qualification of law students and young lawyers, for three years.
Recent representative projects include:
- Member of the legal team that advised Lion’s Head Investments AD on securing financing from the International Finance Corporation for investments in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets.
- Member of the legal team that advised OTP Bank Plc and DSK Bank AD in relation to the financing of Dorado 1 EOOD – the operator of the shopping center Mall of Sofia and the office towers Sofia Tower 1 and Sofia Tower 2.
- Member of the legal team that advised TEDi GmbH & Co. KG on the compliance with the labelling regulations in Bulgaria.
- Member of a legal team that provides clients with information concerning the process and implications of adopting the Euro currency in Bulgaria.
