Georgi Bozhidarov is an Associate at DGKV and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, General Corporate, and Taxation practice groups. He joined DGKV as a trainee in 2021. His previous experience includes working as a research analyst for an early-stage investment fund and a business consultant for the Bulgarian branch of an international NGO.
Recent representative projects include:
- Member of the legal team that advised UniCredit Bulbank, DSK Bank and the United Bulgarian Bank on the financing of Maxcom.
- Member of the legal team that advised Alcatraz AI on investment admissibility & reporting.
- Member of the team analysing the overall state of the Bulgarian capital markets, as well as the implementation of European Law, in partnership with CIVITTA and Bourse Consult.
- Member of the legal team that advised the Export Import Bank of China (CEXIM) in relation to а term loan agreement with the Bulgarian Development Bank.
