In a deal worth more than USD 2.3 million Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov and Velichkov advised Kaliakra AD - one of the world's largest oilseed processors on the sale of the assets in its plant in Dobrich to Oliva AD - the largest grain trader and oilseeds crusher in Bulgaria.
The assets subject of the deal included approximately 140,000 square meters of land and over 85 separate buildings, storage and production facilities, as well as hundreds of pieces of equipment, specialized in the production of oil and grain-based products.
