Antitrust commission allows acquisition of local medical wholesaler

The state antitrust commission has allowed Dutch holding company Greenville B.V. to acquire 100% in the local wholesaler of medical goods Medicard, according to the decision posted on the website of the regulator. Greenville B.V. controls two other local companies operating in the same business – AriShop Pharma and its subsidiary Tradeconsult. The commission does not expect structural changes in the medical goods wholesale business or the establishment or strengthening of dominant position as a result of the concentration.
