Boleron AD is 2024's first company with successful IPO on the BEAM market (organised by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange).
DGKV team led by managing partner Stephan Kyutchukov and senior associate Peter Angov provided on-going legal assistance to Boleron AD making its way to the IPO. DGKV acted as legal counsel in relation to the preceding two rounds of private equity investment in the company.
