DGKV advised UniCredit Bulbank and EBRD in relation to the project financing of 112.5MW solar photovoltaic power plant near Ruse, Bulgaria, extended to Tsenovo Solar Plant OOD.

Tsenovo Solar Plant is part of the corporate group of the Austin Enery Development, specializing in development of renewable energy plants.

DGKV acted as local Bulgarian law counsel and provided Bulgarian law legal and structuring advice to the finance parties throughout the transaction. The finance parties‘ team of legal advisors also included the lead counsel Dentons, and the Austrian counsel Binder Grösswang.
