DGKV successfully represented a leading Bulgarian agricultural and livestock producer in a case challenging an administrative act issued by State Fund “Agriculture” on the basis of a report issued by the European Anti-Fraud Office. With a final binding decision, the Supreme Administrative Court annulled the imposed unlawful financial correction of approx. EUR160,000, reinforcing the importance of due process in the management of EU-funded projects. The outcome safeguards our client’s operations and reflects DGKV’s Public Procurement & EU Funding practice group’s strong track record in administrative and EU funding disputes.
