DGKV advises Bianor Holding AD, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, on the entry in a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the software company GoToAdmins Group OOD.

The completion of the acquisition will take place if certain conditions precedents are fulfilled part of which are beyond the parties’ control. Bianor’s group companies are active on the US, the EU and Bulgarian markets providing video streaming technologies services and software solutions for the defense industry.

The acquisition is part of Bianor’s growth strategy to consolidate other Bulgarian software businesses and diversify its existing portfolio. 

GoToAdmins specializes in DevOps services and cloud infrastructure operations and structures.
