The local real estate company Greenfield Bulgaria is planning to invest more than EUR 40mn in the construction of a trade park in the north-eastern city of Targovishte . The financing will come from a bank loan (80%) and own resources. The investor will seek partnership with a foreign real estate developer. Targovishte Park will be located on 92,000 square metres of land and will have a built-up area of 40,000 square metres. Greenfield hopes to receive a construction permit by the end of the year and to complete the project by March 2010. Greenfield Bulgaria also runs property development projects in Romania , Serbia , Croatia , and Montenegro .
