Bulgaria’s largest road construction entity Holding Patishta is intending to invest EUR 20mn in Ukraine next year and EUR 10mn in Albania , according to information revealed for Investor.bg . The holding expects consolidated sales and profit of BGN 1bn (EUR 511.3mn) and BGN 200mn in 2010 respectively. The turnover of the company grew by 61% to BGN 150.7mn while its net profit more than doubled to BGN 15.9mn. The holding comprises 20 road construction companies, a leasing and a security firm. Besides Ukraine and Albania , it owns trade subsidiaries also in Poland and Macedonia . Holding Patishta runs projects related to land-road, railroad, bridge and underground construction.
