The local company Lighthouse Golf Resort has opened a golf complex near Balchik on the northern Black Sea coast. It has invested EUR 50mn and is planning to spend additional EUR 20mn by May next year. Besides the golf playground, the facility has a residential area, hotel, trade area, bars, restaurants, spa, tennis playground, swimming pools, and yacht port. There are two other golf playgrounds in the vicinities of the complex – Black Sea Rama and Thracian Rocks.
