Raiffeisen Energy and Environment acquires 2 wind-power projects in Varna

The state antitrust commission has allowed Raiffeisen Energy&Environment, the energy-investing arm of Raiffeisenbank, to acquire two wind-power projects in Kavarna, on the northern Black Sea coast, a note on the website of the regulator informs. The two companies running the projects – Wind Park Kavarna East and Wind Park Kavarna West – have been controlled by Denmark ’s Wind 26 by now. The watchdog comments that the concentration will affect the line market only marginally and will not impede competition.
