The government will privatize construction company Technoexportstroy, regional minister Rosen Plevneliev said. The company was holding the full stake in the project company for the construction of a 280-kilometre pipeline for transport of Russian oil from the Black Sea port of Burgas to the Greek Aegean Sea port of Alexandroupolis . In March, its interest was transferred to the finance ministry to improve the coordination and the supervision over the activities of the project company and to optimise the decision-making process with respect to the management and the financing on the part of Bulgaria . State-run company Montage, specialised in the installation of large-scale machines and other equipment, and civil engineering firm Promishleno Stroitelstvo will also be subjected to privatisation, minister Plevneliev added.
