The water supplying company in the capital city Sofia , Sofiiska Voda, is intending to invest a total of BGN 240mn (EUR 122.7mn) in the supplying and sewerage system in the city until 2013. The funds will be distributed evenly throughout the whole period, which implies that the company will invest BGN 50mn each year. The investment programme aims to increase the effectiveness of the company and to meet the requirements of line regulations, the municipality in Sofia and the state energy and water regulator. Sofiiska Voda has invested BGN 25.4mn last year.
