• Providing regulatory assessment for SLB (Schlumberger) concerning the import and storage of explosives in Bulgaria through a licensed local entity.
• Advising Forensic Technology (Canada) Inc. regarding compliance with local procurement laws and regulations in Bulgaria, with a focus on defense-related procurement.
• Providing Bulgarian regulatory and immigration law advice in connection with a specialized training program to be delivered in Bulgaria by University College Cork on behalf of NATO Special Operations Headquarters. 
• Advising Dronamics Ltd. in the development and implementation of an international export joint venture in the United Arab Emirates, focused on establishing a long-term transport and logistics channel for dual-use goods. 
• Advising Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: GILT, TASE: GILT) and its Bulgarian subsidiary RAYSAT BULGARIA EOOD (“RAYSAT”) on various legal matters: ongoing legal advice to both companies regarding procurement, transport, export control of defence-related products and dual-use items to and from Bulgaria, including obtaining licenses and authorizations.
