• Advising the Integral Venture Partners capital investment firm on the acquisition 76 percent of Sirma AI, a leading global vendor of enterprise semantic technology that operates in the graph-database space and the artificial intelligence market. 
• Advising Bunge on the freezing of its activities in Bulgaria.
• Advising CallPoint New Europe on various corporate matters.
• Advising CEE Equity Partners on matters related to its role as minority shareholder in Walltopia.
• Advising the founders of MYX AD on the investments into the company by Neveq New Vision 3 Fund KD’s and 3p1 A’s. 
• Advising Maple Bear on its EUR 100 million investment program for the region.
• Advising AbbVie on the Bulgarian-law aspects of its acquisition of Allergan, and on other corporate and regulatory matters.
• Advising Accenture on the Bulgarian-law aspects of its acquisition of the Xoomworks Group, including performing the legal due diligence of Xoomworks Bulgaria EOOD, and assisting with the post-acquisition integration in Bulgaria.
• Providing ongoing legal advice to Yazaki Corporation, the global automotive parts supplier.
• Advising Beijing Sequoia Kun De Investment Limited Partnership on Bulgarian legal aspects of its indirect investment in a Bulgarian company that manufactures and sells a high-end fashion and accessories brand.
• Advising Ingram Micro on its establishment of a local subsidiary and other, ongoing matters.
• Helping LEM International SA establish a presence in Bulgaria and providing legal advice on ongoing corporate matters.
• Advising SKF on various corporate and restructuring matters and on the optimization of production sites following its acquisition of the Bearings Plant, a self-standing unit of Vazov machine building plants.
• Advising Verint Systems and its Bulgarian subsidiary on all aspects of their operations.
• Advising the Bulgarian subsidiary of VMware International Limited, one of the world’s leading developers of virtualization software.
