• Advising Swedish Orphan Biovitrium AB on all aspects of its operations in Bulgaria, including patient-support service agreements, the localization of HCC agreements, corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and distribution and advertising.
• Advising Aspen Pharma Europe GmbH on general corporate and regulatory matters, including privacy issues, contracts review, and the de-listing of products.
• Advising TEVA Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. on various regulatory and intellectual-property matters and successful representing it in patent-invalidation administrative proceedings.
• Advising Abbott on the Bulgarian-legal aspects of the global sale of Abbott-Laboratories-branded specialty and generics business to generic drugmaker Mylan Inc.
• Advising AbbVie, Inc., Abbott Laboratories SA, and Mylan, Inc. on pharma-regulatory matters including pricing, reimbursement, marketing and promotion, as well as on employment and corporate matters, the structuring of patient-support programs, and clinical-trial arrangements.
• Successfully representing Sandoz before the Bulgarian competition authority with regard to its acquisition of the cephalosporins business of GlaxoSmithKline.
• Advising Pharmascience on Bulgarian-pharmaceutical-regulatory aspects of the reimbursement for medicinal products.
• Reviewing and localizing the sub-distributor agreement that Medison Pharma Trading AG intended to conclude with its sub-distributor in Bulgaria. 
• Advising Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique Bulgaria on trademark-opposition and domain-cancellation proceedings.
• Advising Beauty Labs International on the key employment, social-security, and tax considerations associated with the various options for an entity established in the UK wishing to directly hire individuals in Bulgaria.
• Advising Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital EAD on the merger of Acibadem City Clinic Burgas ЕOOD and the merger of Acibadem City Clinic Healthcare Center Burgas ЕOOD into Acibadem City Clinic Diagnostic and Consultation Center Tokuda EAD.
• Advising City Clinic Group and its shareholders on the acquisition of Bulgaria-based Tokuda Hospital and its subsidiaries and a simultaneous merger with City Clinic, another leading healthcare operator in Bulgaria.
• Representing Pierre Fabre Medicament in three opposition proceedings before the Bulgarian Patent Office involving applications to register brands.
• Advising Bayer AG on the necessary merger notifications in relation to foreign-to-foreign transactions.
• Advising GlaxoSmithKline on the acquisition of its Cephalosporin business by Sandoz/Novartis and on corporate matters and contractual relationships.
• Advising a global pharma company on day-to-day legal matters including regulatory concerns, its relationship with Bulgaria’s Health Insurance Fund, and other employment, corporate, commercial, tax, data-protection, privacy, anti-corruption, and litigation matters.
