• Assisting with the development of OMV’s network of over 70 petrol stations in Bulgaria.
• Advising NEPI Rockcastle on its acquisition of the Paradise Center, one of the largest shopping centers in Sofia.
• Assisting Equinix (EMEA) B.V. with the preparation of a set of construction contracts, its participation in the tender process, and negotiations for the appointment of contractors, all related to the development of a data center in Bulgaria.
• Advising Woodward Bulgaria EOOD on its lease of industrial spaces for the expansion of its manufacturing capacity in Bulgaria.
• Advising Acibadem City Clinic EAD on the structuring, due diligence, and acquisition of an oncology hospital building.
• Advising Globe Trade Centre on its acquisition of the Mall of Sofia – one of the most successful shopping centers in Sofia.
• Advising Kaliakra AD on its sale to Oliva AD, the largest grain trader and oilseeds crusher in Bulgaria, in a deal that included approximately 140,000 square meters of land and over 85 separate buildings and storage and production facilities, as well as hundreds of pieces of equipment.
• Advising the Oman Investment Authority, the sovereign fund of the Sultanate of Oman, on the sale of a real-estate portfolio to Smart Property Fund.
• Advising VMware Inc. on its lease of a 30,000-square-meter space for its new office in Bulgaria, as well as its commissioning for operation.
• Advising Blocks Health and Social Care on the acquisition, financing, and greenfield development of a long-term care center and hospice for the elderly in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Advising K&K Ltd. on the structuring of a high-profile gated-residential complex in Sofia.
• Advising the Advance Business Centre on a property-financing transaction.
• Advising one of the bidders for the Sofia Airport Concession on the extensive tender process, which had an approximately EUR 3.898 billion indicative project budget.
• Advising Dohle Trading Group on its sale of HIT Hypermarket properties/enterprises in Sofia.
• Advising P.D. Investments on the acquisition of a commercial building in the heart of Sofia.
• Advising Miller Developments Ltd. on its acquisition of the first pre-leased shopping mall in Varna.
