• Advising AP Investments AD on the sale of 50% of Mall Galleria Varna to Serbia-based Delta Real Estate DOO and Cyprus-based Astatine Holdings Limited, including on the reorganization and capital increase of the seller and on merger clearance potential.
• Helping BSR Sofia AD, part of Edmond De Rothschild Private Equity Management Ltd., prepare to sell the former Electronica plant, now used as a business center.
• Advising Bulgarian Real Estate Fund Inc. on its purchase of construction rights for the development of an office building from the state-owned Sofia Tech Park and subsequent matters related to the preparation of a set of construction contracts based on the FIDIC Red Book.
• Helping the European Parliament negotiate and draft internal rules for the management of the House of Europe – the building in Sofia where the European Parliament and the European Commission are seated.
• Advising the Globe Trade Centre on its acquisition of one of Sofia’s most successful shopping centers and a connected office tower.
• Advising Karsch Venture Capital on its acquisition of land for, re-zoning efforts related to, and structuring of the development of the Jumbo Plaza retail plaza near Sofia, together with matters related to nearby transport infrastructure.
• Advising Lion's Head Investments on its contemplated acquisition of a 30,000-square-meter office building in Sofia.
• Performing due diligence on behalf of Mid Europa on the Bulgarian subsidiary of a Serbian retail chain for cosmetics and food supplements.
• Assisting Miller Developments Ltd. with its EUR 120 million acquisition of the first pre-leased shopping mall in Varna – the largest real estate deal of this type in the region.
• Assisting NEPI Rockcastle plc with its EUR 250+ million acquisition of the Paradise Center shopping center in Sofia.
• Advising K&K Ltd. on the structuring of a high-profile gated residential complex in Sofia.
• Advising Oman Investment Authority, the sovereign fund of the Sultanate of Oman, on matters related to its sale of a real estate portfolio to the Smart Property Fund.
• Advising Sitel Bulgaria EOOD (a member of Sitel Group) on the renegotiation and extension of its lease agreement, as well as providing on-going advice on operational issues with the landlord. 
• Advising Woodward Bulgaria EOOD on its lease of industrial spaces for the expansion of its manufacturing capacity in Bulgaria.
