Teya Shikrenova is an Associate, part of DGKV’s Employment & Mobility and Taxation practice groups. Teya joined DGKV as an associate in 2023. Being a part of the Fulbright Internship Program at Sofia Regional and City Courts for two years she has clerked both on civil and criminal cases. She was a part of NGO ELSA Bulgaria for three years, two of which – as Vice President for National Traineeship Programme.
Recent representative projects include:
- Part of the DGKV team assisting Ukrainian citizens on temporary protection matters and obtaining EU Blue Cards.
- Part of the DGKV team providing legal assistance to a leading technology company regarding collective redundancies.
- Part of the DGKV team providing legal advice to clients related to tax issues, including related to Bulgarian VAT regulations.
- Part of the DGKV team providing legal advice to a leading a joint-stock company regarding the transfer of shares, including related tax matters.
