Eduard Draganov is an Associate, part of DGKV’s Employment & Mobility, Communications & Technology and Dispute Resolution practice groups. He joined DGKV as a Trainee in 2022. As part of the Fulbright Internship Program at Sofia Regional Court and Sofia City Court he has clerked on various civil cases. His previous experience includes working in a local law firm, primarily focused on employment and insurance litigation. During his education at Sofia University Eduard was chairman of the Student Circle for Civil and Commercial law. He was also a member of the Student Council for the Faculty of Law at Sofia University.
Representative projects:
- Member of the DGKV's team that advised Amazon Web Services, Inc. on regulatory matters and prepared a regulatory report.
- Providing clients with advice on all facets of GDPR compliance, including international data transfer agreements, requests for data subject rights, policy drafting, and data processing agreements.
- Тook part in the drafting of the Screener Questionnaire for the World Bank Group’s Business Ready (B-READY) project, regarding the Bulgarian legal regulation of the limited liability company.
- Advised a leading outsourcing company regarding redundancies of employees.
