Irina Mihaylova is an Associate at DGKV’s Capital markets, Banking & Finance and General Corporate practice groups. She joined DGKV as an associate in 2023. Irina obtained her Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University, Bulgaria. She started her professional career as an intern in a law firm, where she assisted in projects related to corporate and civil matters.
Representative projects include:
- Advised ALC Clover Ireland Limited, a subsidiary of Air Lease Corporation in securing the leasing of a new aircraft to Fly Lease EOOD and a subsequent sublease to Bulgaria Air AD.
- Advised the syndicate of three of Bulgaria’s largest banks - Unicredit Bulbank AD, DSK Bank AD and United Bulgarian Bank AD in relation to the financing of MAXCOM EOOD, Chipolino EOOD and MAXBIKE EOOD.
- Advised a consortium of private equity investors led by Silverline Partners - Fund LP in relation to a EUR 6.8 million Convertible loan investment in Alcatraz Bulgaria EOOD, a member of the Alcatraz AI group.
- Advises UniCredit Bank on a cross-border trade finance revolving facility where the law firm supports the Austrian lender on structuring the Bulgarian security and collateral management arrangements with respect to trade with agriculture equipment.
