Stephan Kyutchukov is one of the four founding partners of Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov, Managing Partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice which long ago carved out a stellar reputation as a leading team in real estate and projects in the market. He has led the concession, infrastructure, real estate, and project-finance projects at DGKV since the firm’s establishment, and he has steered or worked on many pioneering projects, such as the first concession in Bulgaria, the first project finance in Bulgaria, and the first bank merger in Bulgaria. He has been a lead partner on some of the other largest privatization and M&A deals in the region. He was also actively involved in the drafting of Bulgarian legislation and served as a liaison between drafting law groups and the Bulgarian Parliament. Stephan is committed to providing comprehensive legal services throughout the entire investment process in real estate matters, and he laid the ground for the firm’s Banking & Finance practice, in the process establishing a significant record of advising both lenders and borrowers in finance transactions throughout the real estate industry. Clients can rely on him at all stages of their real estate projects, from the term sheet and structuring stage through closing, syndication, securitization, administration, servicing, and, if required, restructuring. Stephan's key role and lasting impact on the transaction landscape in Bulgaria has been widely recognised and upheld by peers and legal directories and for years he has held a "top lawyer" position in his areas of specialisation.

- Advising EBRD on financing the Sofia Water Concession.
- Advising the IFC on financing the construction of the Sofia Hilton.
- Assisting in the development of OMV’s network of over 70 petrol stations in Bulgaria.
- Advising NEPI Rockcastle on the acquisition of the Paradise Center, one of the biggest shopping centers in Sofia.
