The Spanish company Bogaris (former Detea Group) is intending to invest EUR 15mn in the industrial park of the Danube city of Ruse . The company wants to build production facilities, store houses, and office buildings. Some of the main transport priorities of the city comprise construction of a logistics park (valued at EUR 9mn and run by the local real estate investment trust FairPlay Properties and the UK registered Bulgarian Property Developments) and concessioning of the airport.
