Following the extremely successful seminar for our clients held on July 4th and the huge number of questions still to be answered, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) and DGKV organize a joint info day for the Bulgarian business on the new regulatory framework for cash payments. The event shall focus on the amendments to Ordinance H-18 which deals with the registration and reporting of sales made through fiscal devices, as well as with the requirements applicable for the software for their management and for the persons who trade through electronic shops. It appears that the measures that are being introduced and planned for the future do not coincide with the actual market situation and expectations. Experts from the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy shall answer your questions. Associate Lena Borislavova shall present the relevant legal framework and shall moderate the event.
