Bulgaria called a tender to sell state-owned printing and publishing company IPK Rodinas unfinished building in Sofia, setting the starting price at 20 million levs ($13.0 million/10.2 million euro), the privatisation agency said on Saturday. The tender will be held within 25 days after a tender notice is published in the State Gazette, the agency said in a statement.
The increment is set at 1.0 million levs and the participation deposit is 2.0 million levs, both excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). Tender documents can be obtained at a price of 5,000 levs.
The tender winner will have two options to demolish the building, or to reconstruct it and put it into service within a year.
