Senior Associate Yassen Spassov* joins an expert panel to discuss capacity mechanisms in the EU energy market at the Fifth Biennial Energy Event hosted by the Energy Law Group in Warsaw on 22nd September 2017. This is one of the most important energy events bringing together industry representatives, policy makers, regulators, government and EU Commission officials for a day of discussions and networking on topical energy issues in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Within the Workshop on Winter Energy Package Yassen shall present the EU Sector Inquiry on Capacity Mechanisms, EU Market Data and the proposal for Regulation on the Internal Market for Electricity (recast). He’ll also join the panel discussion on the Clean Energy Package together with other reputable energy lawyers.
