The construction of a luxury yacht port near the Black Sea resort of Ravda is expected to start in the fall at earliest. The facility will be located on 24,000 square metres with capacity to host 450 boats. Construction works are expected to end in about 30 months. The project is valued at EUR 30mn and is part of the construction of the luxury sea resort Emerald Resort. Tennis, basketball and volleyball playgrounds, bowling centre, bars and restaurants would be built in the vicinities of the complex.
