Greece’s ICT company Globo Technologies is planning expansion on the Balkans. Globo would establish subsidiaries in Bulgaria , Romania , Turkey and Cyprus specialised in wireless technologies and broadband internet. It operated an IPO on the stock exchange in London last month and cashed EUR 4mn to EUR 4.5mn. Its market capitalisation is expected at EUR 38mn. The Athens-based company offers e-business and communication solutions to the government and the private sector.
