DGKV's real estate team advised Betty Technology on the lease of new office premises at Synergy Tower in Sofia.
The transaction covers 6,800 sq. m of prime office space and represents one of the largest office leasing transactions on the Bulgarian market in 2026. The lease agreement also provides for tenant's specific extension options securing room for our client's anticipated growth over the years.
DGKV provided comprehensive legal assistance throughout the negotiation, drafting and execution of the lease agreement, including its registration with the Bulgarian Real Estate Register.
