DGKV advised the Polish real estate developer Globe Trade Centre (GTC) on the sale of two shopping malls in Bourgas and Stara Zagora to the Luxembourg-registered PKM Investments (a joint venture of MAS Real Estate and Romania's Prime Kapital). With a huge impact on the retail real estate market and with a total value worth EUR 62 million, the deal is one of the largest real estate transaction in Bulgaria for 2017. In addition to assistance in the extensive commercial negotiations, DGKV was also responsible for the structuring advice and negotiation of transaction documents on the seller’s side.
GTC Group is a leading real estate investor and developer operating in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria. The management disclosed in a press release that it plans to reinvest the proceeds from the sale into the office property market of the country's capital Sofia.
