DGKV acted as a local legal counsel to QuickBase, Inc., backed by Vista Equity Partners, together with Greenberg Traurig LLP as legal counsel with regard to the Bulgarian legal aspects of the acquisition of CloudPipes Group Ltd. Cloudpipes is a next generation enterprise-grade Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) connecting hundreds of cloud and on-premise business applications. It’s a private limited company registered in England and Wales and all of its employees are based in Bulgaria. The leading low-code software company QuickBase plans to start releasing its combined platform with enhanced integration functionality later this year.  
Apart from being yet another software M&A deal, the transaction represents a landmark strategic start up exit by the two Bulgarian early stage venture capital funds LAUNCHub Ventures and Brightcap Ventures. 
DGKV’s involvement in the project included legal due diligence exercise of the target, transaction work and closing assistance. Our M&A team was led by partner Zdravka Ugrinova and supported by Senior Associates Ralitsa Gougleva, Rusalena Angelova and Kamen Gogov and Associates Patricia Cherkezova and Darina Kuzeva.  We were excited to support QuickBase on this interesting transaction and on building its portfolio and strengthening its market position!
