After months in court in lengthy multijurisdictional procedure against Sibirskiy Cement AD and Tasfiye Halinde Istanbul Cimento Yatirimlari AS, the partial arbitral award of the International Court of Arbitration to our client Ciment Francais (with value in dispute over EUR 50 million), was recognized by Sofia city court.
