DGKV is delighted to announce that Senior Associate Dr. Anton Petrov was among the only three Bulgarian legal practitioners named “Rising Star” at Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Europe Rising Stars Awards! This recognition comes as a result of Anton’s excellent market reputation and positive peer review assessment. 
The best rising stars European lawyers gathered at the Bvlgari Hotel in London on November 7th, 2019 to celebrate Euromoney Legal Media Group’s inaugural Rising Stars Awards. The awards honour the achievements of lawyers who have been driving forces at their legal practices for years. 
For more than 14 years Dr. Anton Petrov has been a leading lawyer at the law firm’s Competition and Regulatory, Commercial and Litigation practice groups. He advises on a broad range of commercial issues, related to regulatory requirements for marketing goods and services under national and EU law, including with respect to consumer protection and product liability. Anton has developed especially extensive experience advising and representing clients in antitrust investigations and unfair competition cases before the Bulgarian national competition authority and advising with regard to the implementation of compliance measures and programmes. Further, he has advised numerous clients on the legal and self-regulatory framework addressing ethical compliance, transparency and anti-fraud related activities.
