Electricity Company to invest EUR 37.5mn in new substations

The National Electricity Company (NEC) is planning to invest EUR 37.5mn in construction of four electrical substations, a press release of the company reads. Two of the units will be located in the sea resorts of Sozopol and Obzor.  The other two will be located in the town of Ihtiman , near the capital city of Sofia , and  the ski resort of Pamporovo. The company’s investment plan is financed by the Nordic Investment Bank and Bulgaria ’s 7 th largest Post Bank.
